Terms for the HPX Converter macOS application and this website.
License
Purchasing HPX Converter grants a personal license to install and use the software on your Mac(s). You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the application or its installers.
Trial
The free trial converts up to 5 clips per run with the same output quality as the paid version. Trial and paid builds are separate downloads.
Payment
The current price is $5 (USD), processed by Lemon Squeezy. Taxes, receipts, and payment disputes are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s policies.
Updates
Version 1.x updates are included with purchase. Future major versions may be offered separately.
Acceptable use
Use the software lawfully. You are responsible for your footage, backups, and compliance with applicable laws.
Disclaimer
HPX Converter is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Conversion results depend on your source media, disk space, and system configuration. Always keep backups of original camera files.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost footage or project time, arising from use of the software or this website.

Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the site or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
